I've been working on a new simmeh today. She's a bit different form the simmehs I "normally" make.
What do you guys think ?

Oh, gorgeous, you've sculpted some lovely features! - I really like the colors/patterns you've chosen on her clothes and hair wrap.

She is very beautiful! Where is that skin from? I love that. Not all skins work for darker sims I've realized, but this is really nice.

All I can say is WOW! And let's hope she is up for download soon!! You truly created a beautiful ethnic sim, love love love the features, especially her nose. Not overly exaggerated but very fitting for her! I'm so surprised that is the new Asian skin...you are right, I bypassed it because it really didn't look very Asian'ish to me, but it does look great on darker skin!!!

Eva you have tried something new and excelled! Love her! Keep going outside of the box because it's obvious you have some hidden talents!

I had good positive response to her all around, which I really wasn't expecting at all. I guess I need to start working on her soon, so I can get her up for download !!

i was gonna say her nose is too big...so i disagree with ceces comment but we are all allowed to have different opinions

Sure you're entitled to your own opinion !
You're the first saying something negative about her though (both on here and facebook), but I will take it in consideration.
In the sims defense I would say, there are lots of different nose sizes, just like with all people. So maybe this is a sim with a larger nose ;)

Oh, please don't change her nose. :O :O :O I think it's perfect. It's broad, but it's by no means big.

I think a smaller nose would not look accurate for her face shape or ethnicity. It compliments the almond shaped eyes and fuller lips and gives her face balance. A slim nose paired with lips that size might look too "plastic."

I think she looks great!
I can't help but notice how smooth her skin is though. Either she's a total bitch for having perfect skin hehehe or she needs a bit more detail. Pores maybe? Or my Ruddy Cheeks for darker skintones?

In showing an obvious distinction of ethnicity regarding the game, sometimes we have to make it 'clear' the type of sim we are trying to display. I think that is what Eva did. She took the combination of hair, eye shape, skin tone and facial features to sculpt a person who is either Black/African American or of mixed ethnicity. She did all of this without exaggeration of features...which is so much better.

I agree with Ameenah, a smaller nose would totally offset the type of sim that Eva has made. I think she'd look less realistic and def out of porportion.

Oh by the way Mary, she wearing "your" pores (the original ones), but I managed to find a color which is real close to her skin color, so that's why she probably looks smooth ! ;)
